here are some of the 30 day changes i’m considering:
- making my bed each morning
- spending 10 minutes loving up my two birds
- giving away or selling one possession on craigslist each day
- reading one book until it’s finished
- five minutes of core exercises
- picking a favorite song and dancing
- writing 30 poems
- drawing 30 drawings
Thanks for the mention Tari! I was gardening, eating lightly (but not dieting), doing yoga and writing. Life gets in the way and I was much better at the beginning than I’ve been at the end of my 30 days. Maybe it’s time to start again!!
i know what you mean. i’ve been clearing clutter every day for 30 days. it worked great until i left for 4 days. time to get back to it! all of your 30 day activities are so well worth it, aren’t they? i would like to make my bed each morning because it would take a great deal of mindfulness and i could use the training. thanks for all your perfect writing.
