i love this piece on exhibit at MOMA in NYC. it’s made from recycled material – wood beam and iron wheels. it visually describes the cycles of the moon, which is it’s title.

Marcel Duchamp is one of my all time favorite artists, with his use of everyday materials, found objects and sense of humor and lightheartedness. i find his work always refreshing and inspirational. i hope you do, too.

Yayoi Kusama at the Whitney Museum

  this installation, Fireflies on the Water,  was so beautiful i nearly cried. i wish every one could see it. my daughter,who’s standing in the center of the installation,  got these shots but – you really had to be there.
